We fabricate over 90% of our custom components in our 3200 sqft work shop that consist of:
Four 4 axis CNC stations
One 3 axis CNC stations
Six Vertical milling Station
Three Lathes
Three Surface grinder
One Multiple sawing stations
One profile Projector
And a staff of 12 machinists

Our design center consists of two full time design engineers and capacity for two additional contract engineers. (4 Solid Work Stations and one CATIA V5 station)
Parametric modeling is primarily done with Solid Works. But we have the capability to work with most of the industry standard CAD software.
Our design center also provides CAD training to our clients.
